The Contra Costa Times reports that four men were arrested in connection with a series of armed taco truck robberies in the unincorporated areas of East Los Angeles, and authorities today sought the public's help locating a fifth suspect.

Samuel Razo, 20, Miguel Torres, 21, Jesse Moreno, 18, and Julio Osuna, 21, were all taken into custody for their alleged involvement in at least 22 armed robberies of taco trucks beginning in April, said Sgt. Ruben Nava of the East Los Angeles sheriff's station.

Deputies from the sheriff's station responded to two taco truck armed robberies which occurred about 50 minutes apart on April 5, Nava said. The suspect descriptions in the cases were similar.

Another similar armed robbery occurred on May 10, and 19 additional armed robberies of taco truck and taco stands were reported throughout the month of June, Nava said.
